What Happened to Nortel?

In 2009 after a lot of poor leadership choices Nortel filed for bankruptcy but Nortel Works still remains as a functioning Support center.  Nortel itself was acquired by Avaya but after a brief period of taking the technology that appealed to them, they also ended support on the Nortel Brand Phone System.

Yes, you can obtain Nortel Support from Nortel Works which still operates in 37 states providing onsite and remote support for Nortel Phone Systems.  So you can contact Nortel Support personnel at Nortel Works to get the help you require.  Nortel was a well-made phone system and has lasted but it has reached an age where you will need more Nortel Support.
